As a Specialist in Marketing Operations at Mastercard, you will be a part of the Global B2B Marketing Operations team, responsible for supporting and scaling lead generation campaigns through technology and operational excellence. Your role will involve designing email campaigns, HTML templates, lead capture forms, and landing pages using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will also be developing target audience segmentation, conducting A/B testing, creating automated journeys, and measuring campaign performance to optimize outcomes. To excel in this position, you should possess an MBA (preferably) in marketing, communication, or a related field along with over 4 years of experience in marketing technology and automation. Hands-on experience with SFMC and Salesforce Sales Cloud, proficiency in HTML and CSS, knowledge of data privacy standards such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CPPA, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the flexibility to work in the EMEA time shift (12:00pm to 9:00pm IST) are also required. Moreover, as part of Mastercard's corporate security responsibility, you must adhere to the organization's security policies and practices, maintain the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, report any suspected security violations, breaches, and undergo periodic mandatory security trainings to ensure the security of Mastercard's assets, information, and networks.
