Candidate Expectations: Candidate with 5+ years of experience as Pega Developer/ Pega application developer Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC and Pega frameworks. Experience with Pega integration services such as SOAP REST and JMS.Proficiency in Java JavaScript HTML and CSS. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Pega certification (CSA CSSA or CLSA) is highly desirable.Experience with Pega 8.x versions. Knowledge of database management systems such as SQL Server Oracle or DB2.Understanding of cloud platforms and services (AWS Azure etc.). Experience with DevOps practices and tools. Job Description: Design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander). Collaborate with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Configure and customize Pega applications to meet business needs.Develop and implement integration solutions with other systems and applications. Perform unit testing and support system testing and user acceptance testing.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
