As a CPL Ground Classes Instructor at CPAC (Capt. Preeti Aviation Classes), located in Indore / CPAC Campus, you will be responsible for conducting CPL ground training classes for aspiring pilots. With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aviation training or relevant industry experience, you will play a crucial role in imparting industry-relevant insights to students. Your key responsibilities will include delivering engaging lectures on subjects like Air Navigation, Aviation Meteorology, Air Regulations, Technical General, and Radio Telephony. You will guide students through complex aviation concepts, assist in exam preparation, and provide practical applications. Additionally, you will design study materials, mock tests, and assessment papers, while offering personalized mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions for students. To excel in this role, you must hold a CPL (Commercial Pilot License) or ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) and possess in-depth knowledge of DGCA syllabus, aviation subjects, and pilot training protocols. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to simplify technical subjects for student understanding. A passion for aviation, proficiency in using online teaching tools, flight training software, and Microsoft Office are also required. Preferred qualifications include prior experience as a Ground School Instructor, familiarity with aviation regulatory updates, and experience with online training programs and e-learning modules.
