As an AI/ML Manager at a high-end start-up AI Strategy and Consulting company in Mumbai/Bengaluru, you will lead and mentor a team of AI/ML consultants. Your main responsibilities will include driving the design, development, and implementation of AI copilots to enhance organizational efficiency. You will be involved in data pre-processing, feature engineering, model training, and optimizing machine learning algorithms. Furthermore, you will integrate AI copilots into existing systems, analyze data to provide insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business requirements. Working closely with clients, you will tailor solutions to their specific needs, offer technical guidance, and support the project lifecycle. Your role will also involve driving continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and innovation to maximize client value. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in consulting, project management, or related roles, with a focus on healthcare and/or CPG industries. Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and/or computer vision (CV) would be advantageous. Additionally, knowledge of containerization technologies, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment is preferred. You are expected to have a deep understanding of data analytics, data strategy, and digital transformation methodologies, with practical experience in implementing data-driven solutions. Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and NLP techniques is essential. If you have contributed to open-source projects or publications in relevant conferences/journals, it would be a plus. As part of the selection process, you will undergo 2 technical assessments followed by an HR discussion.
