Responsibilities: Develop and implement PEGA Decisioning rules, strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configurations. Design and configure data flows, data sets, and offer flows to support decisioning processes. Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot batch decisioning campaigns. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand decisioning requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Integrate PEGA applications with other systems and troubleshoot integration issues. Build and unit test application components. Coordinate with operations and testing teams to identify and resolve defects. Perform peer reviews and escalate technical issues when needed. Stay up-to-date on PEGA best practices and emerging technologies in the decisioning space. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in PEGA development, with a focus on PEGA Decisioning (CDH) and Marketing functionalities. Experience with PEGA PRPC Version 8.x development, architecture design, and integration. Strong understanding of data flows, segmentation, and AI concepts. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Desired Certifications: PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA(highly preferred) PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) (highly preferred) PEGA Certified Decision Science (CPDS) (highly preferred) PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA Part-1/2)

Task Description: A Decisioning Architect is a PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant involved from day one in a decisioning implementation project. Helps transform business requirements into decisioning artifacts. Creates actions, treatments, decision strategies, engagement, and contact policies in Next-Best-Action Designer. A Senior Decisioning Architect supports the Lead Decisioning Architect and the Agile team in relation to effective User Stories for marketing and decisioning solutions. They are responsible for the build and unit test of the end-to-end decisioning strategy framework and related components such as actions, business rules, treatments, segments, and contact policies Qualifications: - 6-10 years of experience in PEGA development with 4+ years of experience on PEGA decisioning and marketing functionalities. - Experience with PEGA version 8. - Strong understanding of Campaigns, Data Flows, Strategies , Actions and other CDH related rules. - Excellent knowledge on Integrations(REST,SOAP,HTTP). - Working experience on PEGA rules like Activities , Data Transform , Data Types , Decisioning rules and other core functionalities. - Should be able to work on PEGA upgrade and post upgrade activities. Certifications: - PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) - PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant

Where you'll be working... In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. Youll need to have: Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant work experience. Four or more years experience in an IT or Business function. Four or more years of experience in an object-oriented programming language. One or more years in Pega Decisioning or BPM experience. Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem solving. Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification. Certified Pega Business Architect Even better if you have one or more of the following: Pega PRPC version 7 or higher, BPM, or UI experience. Certifications: CPDC, CSSA, CSA, or CPMC, PCBA Experience in a Telecom, Cable, or Banking/Finance. Experience as a Platform manager. #CXOPEGA
