Required CP / Sanitary In charge Qualification : Plus two or above Candidates should have minimum 3 years relevant experience in same field Accommodation available A CP/Sanitary In-charge is responsible for managing the display, sales, and inventory of chrome-plated (CP) and sanitary ware products. This includes ensuring the showroom is well-stocked, products are attractively displayed, sales staff are trained, and customer inquiries are handled effectively & also play a role in achieving sales targets and maintaining a positive customer experience. Sales & Customer Service: Guiding customers in selecting appropriate CP and sanitary ware products based on their needs and preferences. Providing technical information and advice about the products, including installation and maintenance. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall sales performance of the showroom. Team Management & Training: Supervising and guiding sales staff, providing training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. Ensuring sales staff are well-informed about new products, promotions, and company policies.
