We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier/Customer Service Representative . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions accurately, and supporting overall restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment. Accurately take and process orders using POS (Point of Sale) system. Handle cash and mobile payments responsibly and accurately. Answer customer questions about the menu and make recommendations when appropriate. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area. Assist with packaging orders for dine-in, takeout, or delivery. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally or escalate to the owner as needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Perform opening and closing duties as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience is a plus. CP- Chai Prantha is seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier/Customer Service professional to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include processing transactions, managing customer inquiries, and providing excellent service to all guests. Responsibilities: Transaction Management: Efficiently process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and digital payments. Customer Service: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered. Order Accuracy: Take customer orders accurately and ensure that they are entered into the system correctly. Resolve Issues: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating to management if necessary. Cash Handling: Handle cash and transactions responsibly, including opening and closing cash drawers and reconciling daily sales. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the cashier area and surrounding space clean and organized. Cross-Functional Support: Assist other team members during busy times, including supporting food service, seating guests, and preparing takeout orders. Adhere to Policies: Follow all restaurant policies, including health and safety regulations. Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and management. Requirements: Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset.
