Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven Business Director – Crypto Sales to lead our business development and client acquisition efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of the crypto market, strong industry connections, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the crypto and blockchain sector. Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, institutional partners, and key stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships, exchanges, and blockchain projects. Lead negotiations and close high-impact deals with prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, compliance) to deliver tailored solutions. Represent Crypto24x7 at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations to leadership. Requirements Proven track record in sales/business development, preferably in crypto, fintech, or financial services. Strong network within the crypto/blockchain industry. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for crypto and emerging technologies. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).
