Telemarketing / Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling photography products and electronic items over the phone to new and existing customers. Your role will include understanding customer needs, providing product information, and closing sales effectively. * Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell photography and electronic products. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products (e.g., cameras, lenses, lighting, accessories, audio equipment, gadgets, etc.). * Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into sales opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales using CRM software or call logs. * Follow up with interested prospects and existing clients to build long-term customer relationships. * Stay updated with the latest photography and electronic products, features, pricing, and promotions. * Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams for promotional campaigns and smooth delivery processes. * Provide excellent after-sales support and address customer queries or concerns. * Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (preferably in electronics or photography domain). * Strong communication and persuasion skills in Multiple Languages. * Good knowledge of photography products and electronic items is a strong advantage. * Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections confidently. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (not mandatory if experienced). * Prior experience in B2C or B2B sales. * Passion for photography or gadgets is a plus. * Competitive salary + incentives/commissions. * Friendly and growth-oriented work environment. * Training on products and sales techniques. * Opportunities for career development and learning.
