As an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM OTL Business Analyst at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our customers and technology, with a continuous learning mindset. Your responsibilities will include managing business process models, implementing best practices, and facilitating working sessions with stakeholders to determine business requirements. You will act as an advisor to the business on risk areas in application configurations, suggest improvements, and present solutions to management clearly and concisely. In addition, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical production issues with the Oracle Cloud platform, manage technical tasks of offshore production support resources and third-party vendors, and provide technical review advice to IT leads, staff, and end users. Your role will also involve developing testing scenarios, creating test scripts, and leading teams in testing activities. Ideal qualifications for this role include a solid technical understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, Oracle Applications development experience, and knowledge of software development lifecycle and source code control. You will be joining as an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM OTL Techno Functional in a leadership role with a strong focus on system life cycle engineering and operational excellence.
