As an Advocate specializing in IP Litigation at Blue Inkk, you will be an integral part of our dynamic litigation team. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in Intellectual Property litigation and a specific focus on matters before the Delhi High Court and District Courts, you will play a crucial role in representing our clients effectively. Your responsibilities will include drafting various legal documents such as written submissions, pleadings, writs, and rejoinders. You will be expected to represent clients in IP litigation cases before the Delhi High Court and District Courts, conduct comprehensive legal research, and develop effective case strategies. Additionally, you will attend court hearings, manage case timelines efficiently, and collaborate closely with our internal teams. To qualify for this position, you must hold an LL.B. degree from a recognized university, be enrolled with the Bar Council, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Intellectual Property litigation. Proficiency in legal drafting, research, and court procedures is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The salary for this position will be as per industry standards, and the location of work will be in Noida, India.
