Key Responsibilities Counsel students and working professionals on our AI-based Digital Marketing courses. Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online leads. Explain course details, career opportunities, and institute benefits to potential students. Guide applicants through the admission and enrollment process. Maintain follow-up with leads to achieve monthly admission targets. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and conversion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure student satisfaction. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
