Role Overview As a Program Sales Executive , you will play a key role in driving the growth of our career development and upskilling programs. From outreach and lead nurturing to closing and post-sale engagement, you will be responsible for converting prospects into successful learners, while meeting sales targets and delivering a superior customer experience. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Generation: Make 60–80 high-quality cold calls daily Run tailored email sequences for lead outreach Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and events Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho) Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to understand learner needs Recommend suitable programs or course bundles Ensure learner success and gather feedback for improvements Lead Conversion: Handle pricing discussions and negotiate custom packages Meet or exceed monthly booking and revenue targets Ensure smooth handover to the Customer Success team Cross-selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell/up-sell advanced courses or mentorship programs Re-engage inactive leads to build a warm pipeline Collaboration & Reporting: Share lead funnel insights with the marketing team Provide weekly sales performance and revenue reports to leadership Required Skills Cold Calling & Prospecting Lead Nurturing & Conversion Solution Selling Cross-selling & Upselling CRM Expertise (HubSpot, Zoho) Strong Customer Success Focus Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field (MBA is a plus) 2–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in EdTech, SaaS, recruitment, or training domains Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Tamil Experience in HR-tech or career development products is a plus Why Join Impacteers? The counsellor will explain course offerings clearly, understand student goals, and recommend the most suitable courses. This role involves both counselling and guiding students through the admission process to help them make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: Respond to student enquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and clarity. Provide detailed information about course content, duration, fees, and career prospects. Understand student needs and recommend relevant courses through effective counselling. Resolve student doubts and explain admission procedures and prerequisites. Maintain records of enquiries and follow-up communications to support enrolment. Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless admission process. Meet monthly enrollment targets by delivering excellent counselling and follow-up. Skills and Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in admissions or counselling within the EdTech industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess student requirements and offer appropriate guidance. Basic sales and negotiation skills. Positive attitude and patience when dealing with students.
