Job Summary:

We are looking for a female Course Counsellor with a minimum of 1 year experience as a Telemarketing Executive/Counsellor in an educational institute or training company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for telecalling, student counselling, and guiding prospective students through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and follow up on inquiries.
• Counsel students and parents regarding our courses and admission procedures.
• Convert leads into admissions by explaining course benefits and career outcomes.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Provide timely updates to the management on progress and admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission targets (Incentive applicable per admission).

Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only
• Experience: Minimum 1 year as Telemarketing Executive / Counsellor in an educational institution or company
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
