As an Assistant in this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Production Manager in various daily tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of all production stages. This includes tasks such as sourcing fabrics, trims, and other production materials from local markets for material procurement. You will also be tasked with monitoring and recording the working hours of production staff to ensure timely task completion. Quality control checks on products and handling hemming tasks will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will manage fabric inventory using a bin card system and conduct regular stock checks. Organizing and maintaining files for fabric swatches and embroidery samples, as well as cutting fabrics for the dyeing process and maintaining accurate records, will be crucial aspects of the role. Procuring fabrics and stitching materials, maintaining stock ledgers for transfers to the store, managing barcodes for items, and handling the packing of items for courier dispatch will also fall under your duties. The working hours for this role are Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. To apply for this position, you will need to answer the following questions: 1.
