We enable courier services for MSMEs, retail shops, and businesses across India through a robust franchise network. Our platform offers a seamless way for shop owners and logistics players to tap into the digital economy with plug-and-play logistics solutions. Role Overview Were looking for high-energy Sales Executives to drive on-ground adoption of Indispeed across retail communities, seller networks, and small business clusters. You will be the face of Indispeed in your assigned region, responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and onboarding new partners. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach retail shop owners, small businesses, and courier points to pitch Indispeeds franchise model. Generate new leads daily through field visits, cold calls, and local network connections. Follow up with potential partners to convert leads into successful onboardings. Assist shop owners with registration and documentation to complete the onboarding process. Train newly onboarded partners on how to use the Indispeed platform and mobile app. Ensure each onboarded partner becomes active and starts handling courier orders quickly. Meet weekly and monthly targets for the number of new onboardings and active partners. Submit accurate daily reports on lead status, onboardings, and field activity. Support Master Franchise partners in your area by helping them onboard and manage their local network. Gather and share market insights, including information about competing courier or franchise models. Key Requirements 13 years of experience in field sales, channel sales, logistics, courier services, or B2B onboarding. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel locally and work in field-intensive environments. Knowledge of local markets, retail networks, and business owners is a plus. Prior experience with logistics tech platforms, courier aggregators, or ONDC is an advantage (not mandatory). Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
