Role & responsibilities Understanding the Business model of Tricorder diagnostics Pvt Ltd and implementation of Logistics SOP across all areas in the operations. Responsible for root mapping of all location in Hyderabad and TG state. Responsible for multi state logistics operations. Hiring and training rider and assigning them to the areas. Coordinating with sales teams for effective logistics operations. Responsible for effective root mapping and utilization of riders in various routes. Following client standard pickup schedules and emergency pickup request across various geographies on daily basis. Maintaining good rapport with clients and spocs, key stake holders in the client location. Responsible for improving daily/weekly monthly pickups from the client through constant touch and healthy relations with the clients. Meeting clients on weekly /monthly basis and understanding their issues and providing solutions in support of the operations head. Sharing the recommendations for better services to clients. Escalations of client issues to concerned team of Tricorder. Coordinating with stake holders of the Tricorder in day to day operations. Effective utilisation of workforce and increase the overall productivity of the resources which impacts on the business. Effective implementation of 5 P's of logistics essential framework for logistics management. shipping and logistics operations follows 5 basic principles in order to provide with the best service possible. The 5 P's include people, products, processes, partnerships, and performance. Developing and implementing logistics strategies to ensure the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods Coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that goods are delivered on time and in accordance with quality standards Monitoring and analysing logistics data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize the supply chain. Time to Time interaction with the clients. To handle queries/complaint of customer and ensure to resolve their issues within a short period reply promptly. Complete ownership of working capital management Logistics. Controlling all operations related costs. Evaluate freight costs associated with transit times in order to ensure that costs are appropriate. Managing the budget for logistics operations and ensuring that expenses are controlled and in line with the organization's financial goals. Conducting regular evaluations of carriers and suppliers to ensure that they are meeting performance standards. Maintaining accurate records of goods in transit and ensuring that all shipments are properly tracked and recorded Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure that they are meeting the needs of the organization Should have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Proactive engagement to solve customer issues before they escalate, a keen ability to gather and act on customer feedback to drive customer experience improvements, and the agility to adapt strategies in real-time to meet evolving customer needs. Continuously strive to improve accuracy of delivery, speed & efficiency of operations & visibility of touchpoints.
