The ideal candidate should possess the ability to translate complex customer SOPs and operational workflows into digital forms, workflows, and dashboards. Being self-motivated and adaptable to a hybrid work environment is crucial. Moreover, the candidate should exhibit leadership potential, proactive innovation, and the capability to manage key customers and teams.
