Counter service staff

Job Description:

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Counter Service Staff. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, taking orders, handling Food, and ensuring excellent customer service. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our counters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders
• Provide accurate information about products, menu items, or services
• Serve food.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter.
• Restock supplies as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and team spirit
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Documents to be carried:

• Aadhaar Card, Pan Card, Bank Details, 1 Passport size and 1 Stamp size photos, Previous Salary slip *.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
