Counter Sales Executive(Ethnic wear)

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current collections, prices, promotions, and store policies.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase overall sales value.
• Manage cash register operations, billing, and payment processing.
• Assist in inventory management: stock replenishment, tagging, folding, and visual merchandising.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
