Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewelry based on their preferences and occasions.
Provide accurate information about gold, diamond, and other jewelry pieces, including their features, pricing, and care instructions.
Handle billing and payment processes with precision.
Maintain the cleanliness and display of jewelry counters.
Leverage prior experience in counter sales within the jewelry industry to meet customer needs effectively.
Communicate fluently in English, Bengali, and Hindi to cater to a diverse customer base.
Strong interpersonal skills, a flair for customer service, and knowledge of jewelry trends are essential. Prior experience in retail or jewelry sales is preferred.
