Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections
Take dine-in, takeaway, and online pickup orders accurately
Operate POS system and handle cash, card, and digital payments
Prepare bills and ensure correct order handover
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter area
Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic complaints politely
Follow company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards
Promote ongoing offers, combos, and add-on items

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
