Job Description

Active listening: Counsellors must be attentive and empathetic listeners, able to understand clients' perspectives. Communication skills: They need to be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Problem-solving skills: Counsellors must be able to help clients identify problems and develop solutions. Empathy and compassion: They need to be able to understand and share the feelings of their clients. Patience and understanding: Counsellors need to be patient and understanding, as clients may be dealing with difficult issues. Ethical judgment: They must adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Part-time

Pay: ₹19,991.38 - ₹30,474.91 per month
