Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor at Touchstone Educationals LLP, located in Chandigarh. The Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the visa counseling and application process, assisting with documentation, and providing necessary information regarding study options abroad. The role involves daily interactions with students to understand their needs, offer personalized advice, and ensure they are well-prepared for their visa interviews and processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students.
• Skills in counseling and providing personalized advice based on individual student profiles.
• Organizational capabilities to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Education, Counseling, or related fields.
