Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Counselor to join our team in the education industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students, teachers, and parents on academic and personal issues.
Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to improve student outcomes and well-being.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify and support students who may be struggling or at risk.
Conduct workshops and training sessions on topics such as stress management, time management, and study skills.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, student interactions, and progress notes.
Participate in school-wide events and activities to promote student engagement and participation.

Job Requirements

Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with educational systems and policies.
