Job Description

Act as a peer listener to help students feel heard and supported.
Encourage a positive school atmosphere by promoting kindness, respect, and inclusion.
Support classmates during stressful times such as exams, conflicts, or personal challenges.
Identify when a peer may need professional help and guide them to trusted adults or the school counselor.
Help organize mental health awareness campaigns, well-being sessions, or anti-bullying programs.
Maintain confidentiality and always act with empathy and understanding.
