Role Summary:
We seek an articulate and dynamic Student Counsellor / Marketing Executive to spearhead student engagement and enrollment activities while promoting our academic programs through innovative outreach and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students with clarity, professionalism, and empathy regarding training opportunities, internships, and career prospects.
• Cultivate leads, manage inquiries, and ensure smooth enrollment conversions.
• Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Represent the organization at seminars, workshops, and institutional collaborations.
• Foster strong networks with students, parents, and academic institutions.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business Administration/Marketing advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior exposure to student counseling, academic promotion, or marketing preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• A passion for education, technology, and student development.
