Job Description • Responsible for communicating about product, benefits to the customers. • Introducing them to the counter members and establishing a relationship of trust and respect with customers. • Responsible to maintain a cordial relationship with Doctors, Hospital Staff & Hospital management. • Responsible to address all the queries raised in the conversation with the customer with utmost care and patience. • Responsible to collect the GP as per the process laid by the hospital management and guide the customer to our optical counter. • Responsible for making all the reports pertaining to customer walk-ins. • Responsible in attainting goals assigned by Reporting Manager. Job Specification Good communication skill and interpersonal abilities. Individual should have patience, tolerance and sensible in handling patient(customer). A quick understanding of the process to delivery towards the business effectively.
