• Handle admission-related queries through tele-calling and in-person interactions.
• Communicate effectively in

  Hindi, Gujarati, and English

  to assist a diverse set of clients.
• Provide accurate information about admission processes and basic guidance on educational opportunities.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to student inquiries and follow-ups.
• Maintain a pleasant and approachable personality to build rapport with students and parents.
• Keep records of interactions and ensure timely updates in the system.
• Collaborate with the counseling or admissions team to ensure smooth coordination.
• Stay motivated and focused on achieving daily and weekly calling targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduates or undergraduates (fresher or experienced candidates can apply).
• Good command over Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
• Should have a pleasant personality and be a self-motivator.
• Willingness to work in a tele-calling profile.
