Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department

Developing proposals, and strategies for implementation

Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting the needs

Developing training modules that can target results

Implement effective and purposeful training methods

Managing the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training

Create a floating team to organize the workshops and training sessions, with the help of the Team

Training and Supervision of Assistant Psychologists

Conduct Research

Remedial sessions Evaluate, design IEP and monitor the progress of clients in academic areas

Psychological Counseling-help clients make goals and make an action plan to adjust in personal, social and educational settings

Identify and refer cases to the Clinical Psychologists for Clinical Assessments & interventions

Supporting and providing content for promotional material

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

MA/ M.Sc in Psychology

With a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,750.05 - ₹30,308.64 per month
