Attend all Minor and Medium level Breakdowns of Knitting Machines. Carry out Colour Change / Size change as per Plan. Intimate Senior Technicians for the machines with Major Break down. Take Quality Round of allotted Knitting Machines to Check the Quality of socks knitted. Record the Breakdown attended during the Shift. Hand over charge to Next Shifts Knitting Technician. Additional Responsibilities: Assist the Senior Technician in Article Change. Assist the Senior Technician in Cylinder Change. To take ownership for the time delivery. Ensure implement and maintain 5S in the Office and Floor. To make continuous efforts towards cost reduction through process, Re- engineering, automation & best utilization of technologies. To achieve the Targets in terms of Production, Quality and Cost.
