Role & responsibilities Were seeking an experienced systems developer to help us implement features and systems, as part of digitalization projects You will develop applications and COTS (Commercial-Off-The-Shelf) customizations using C# and Java programming languages You will work closely with the DFA (Design For Automation) team and will be deeply involved on the DFA tools customizations by building personalized and customized features to address the DFA process requirements This position will work within the Global Core Engineering Team supporting Engineering digitalization projects You will make part of a rich, diversified, and global work environment Preferred candidate profile Design, develop, test and debug software Gather, analyze and document requirements Develop COTS software customizations (custom code) through APIs Develop integrations between COTS and our internal back-end systems Work on problem-solving activities (root-causes analysis, design change, implementation/update, deployment) • Academical background in Information Technology • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Minimum 2 years of experience in C# and Java • Knowledge on other relevant programming languages is a plus • Knowledge on developing COTS software customizations (custom code on COTS) is a plus • Good communication and collaboration skills to work in a team • Good English skills (both spoken and written) Perks and benefits You can grow at Aptiv.
