You are a dedicated and detail-oriented Import Export Executive (Back End) joining the ROBU.IN team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in logistics and documentation. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Supply Chain and Logistics teams in efficiently processing international shipments and associated documentation. You will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and maintaining all shipping documentation required for international transactions. Additionally, you will monitor and coordinate international shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Effective communication with vendors, forwarders, and courier companies is crucial for managing and tracking shipments effectively. Your role will also involve preparing and presenting detailed logistics reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. As an Import Export Executive, you will provide administrative support to the Purchase and Logistics teams, including record-keeping and facilitating communication. Desired skills for this role include proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software, strong written and verbal English skills, familiarity with INCOTERMS & COTEARMS of Logistics, excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork abilities. This position is open to male candidates only and requires a candidate with any degree (excluding IT and Science streams). The salary range for this role is between 13,000 to 15,000 + PF + ESIC, with an annual CTC of 2.07L to 2.4L.
