Requirements: - B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering. - 810 years of experience in electrical/electronic assembly production, ideally in automotive or electronics industries. - Strong understanding of assembly line operations, lean manufacturing, and 5S practices. - Proven ability to manage large teams, production KPIs, and shop floor operations. - Familiarity with semi-automatic and automatic assembly technologies. - Knowledge of ERP systems and production reporting tools. - Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
