Currently, for the project in Iraq (West Qurna 2, Iraq), we are seeking a skilled "Lead Contract Administrator" with expertise in managing Claim and Variation orders. In this role, you will play a crucial part in various accountabilities and responsibilities, including: - Providing essential support in the preparation and review of Particular Terms & Conditions for procurement and subcontracting. - Assisting in negotiations of critical terms with Vendors/Subcontractors. - Managing the contract administration group and ensuring staff performance meets the required standards. - Reporting and advising KPD Management on the Contractual & Commercial status of the Contracts promptly. - Supervising contract management and delivery by the contractor to fulfill the main obligations. - Preparing and implementing Contract Management Plans. - Evaluating and managing Contract Opportunities and Risks. - Coordinating and supervising contract administration activities. - Managing communication with Execution Contract Management Teams and Contractors effectively. - Supervising contract close-out phases. - Assisting monitoring and audit teams during Execution Contracts compliance review/audit. - Providing necessary assistance in contract negotiation and dispute resolution. - Offering feedback on lessons learned from Contract management activities. - Liaising with Procurement and/or Legal Department regarding significant Contractual/Commercial issues. Qualifications & Experience required for this position are as follows: - 10 years of experience in Contract management of Projects related to sectors like Oil & Gas/Petrochemicals/Fertilizers/Energy. - B.E/B. Tech or Legal background or equivalent. - Proficient in delay analysis techniques, Extension of Time claims, costing methodologies, and Change Orders. - Strong conceptual understanding and mastery of contract and claim management. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and drafting abilities. Experience in performing standard costing, actual costing, and variance analysis for product lines. Should have partnered with supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement teams to validate cost inputs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Expert in analyzing cost of goods sold (COGS) and gross margin trends across regions and products. Supported annual standard cost roll processes, BOM reviews, and cost revaluation exercises. Responsible for reconciliation inventory valuations and perform inventory cost adjustments in compliance with accounting standards. Assisted in month-end and year-end close activities related to inventory and product cost. Prepared product cost reports, dashboards, and cost simulations for new product introductions or pricing decisions. Ensured compliance with IFRS/US GAAP, SOX controls, and internal policies related to product costing. Continuously identify and implement improvements in cost accounting processes and tools. Qualifications Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred). 610 years of relevant experience in product costing or cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment. Strong understanding of costing methodologies (e.g., standard, actual, activity-based costing). Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.), especially costing and inventory modules. Proficient in Excel, and working knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. As a Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive production support for Oracle Fusion Cost Management, Oracle Fusion Inventory, and integrations with Oracle. You will utilize your functional understanding of costing methodologies and technical troubleshooting capabilities to ensure operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include supporting various costing methods such as Standard Costing, Average Costing, FIFO, LIFO, and other methodologies. You will maintain subledger accounting (SLA) integrations with financial systems and provide expertise for Inventory Valuation, troubleshooting how transactions impact cost layers. Additionally, you will support Work in Process (WIP) and Bills of Material (BOM) costing operations, analyze and troubleshoot cost variances, and develop and optimize SQL & PL/SQL queries to extract cost-related data from Oracle tables. In terms of technical troubleshooting, you will be responsible for analyzing cost distributions and transaction accounting issues, debugging and resolving costing discrepancies and period close errors, and utilizing FND Diagnostics, trace files, and debug logs to investigate costing issues. You will also support the period close process in Oracle Cost Management, reconcile Inventory Valuation Reports with General Ledger, and identify and resolve cost variances during month-end close. As part of integration support, you will maintain and troubleshoot integration points between Oracle Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and General Ledger, ensuring seamless data flow between integrated modules. You will also participate in Change Management activities, support Quarterly Cloud Updates Readiness assessments, perform regression testing, and ensure business continuity.
