Costing Manager-India

As a Finance Support Specialist at HM CLAUSE company based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, you will be responsible for various finance support functions related to manufacturing accounting, cost analysis, inventory management, compliance, data analysis, collaboration, variance analysis, budgeting, transfer pricing, excess inventory analysis, and providing support to the marketing team. Your role will involve utilizing strong analytical skills, proficiency in cost accounting systems, good communication skills, knowledge of inventory management, and the ability to prepare detailed reports for management. Key Responsibilities: - Calculate COGS in ERP, manage work order accounting, track inventory movement, post variances in ERP, and implement absorption costing. - Develop and maintain standard costs for products and ensure accurate item structure in ERP. - Conduct detailed cost analyses, prepare cost reports, and present profitability analyses to management. - Oversee inventory counts, tracking, and valuation processes. - Identify cost-effective solutions to improve financial performance and ensure compliance with financial regulations. - Utilize historical cost data for budget comparisons, analyze trends, and collaborate with various departments for cost information. - Perform variance analysis, monitor budgets, and manage transfer pricing activities. - Analyze excess inventory, monitor discard stock, and provide COGS and margin analysis support to the marketing team. Qualification Required: - Strong analytical skills - Proficiency in cost accounting systems - Good communication skills - Knowledge of inventory management and cost control techniques - Ability to prepare detailed reports and present findings to management - Strong ERP skills, including SAP/JDE, with an understanding of all movement flows and GL impact - Knowledge of agriculture/seed costing Please note that the minimum education requirement for this role is a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 3 years of experience is required.,
