To excel in this position, you should possess knowledge of tech packs, fabrics, trims, accessories, sample development, costing finalization, and price negotiation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in men's wear as a merchandiser for exports in the garment industry. Proficiency in reading and writing English, Hindi, and Bengali is essential, along with being computer savvy. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including a flexible schedule.
