Job Description

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil & interior projects.
Review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to identify potential costs and scope.
Conduct take-offs and material quantity surveys to determine project requirements.
Analyze project risks and provide cost-effective solutions to mitigate them.
Assist project managers in tracking project progress, costs, and schedules.
Ensure that billing and estimates are in line with project milestones and timelines.
Develop and maintain cost databases for future project references.
Preferred candidates with 3-5 years of experience in estimation & costing in the construction industry.
