We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to efficiently manage and optimize Bioleathers" domestic and international shipping operations. As a Logistics Executive, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing order dispatches, liaising with courier partners, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring prompt and cost-effective deliveries to our global B2B and D2C customers. Your duties will involve managing end-to-end logistics for swatch cards, yardage orders, and samples, as well as coordinating with various courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, and DHL for pickups and deliveries. You will be responsible for closely tracking shipments and proactively addressing any delays or issues that may arise. Additionally, handling documentation for both domestic and international shipments, including invoices, AWBs, and commercial invoices, will be part of your routine tasks. Maintaining optimal stock levels, coordinating packing materials and warehouse activities (if applicable), and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment from WooCommerce and other manual channels will be essential aspects of your role. You will collaborate closely with the sales and customer support teams to provide a seamless delivery experience to our customers. Furthermore, negotiating rates with vendors and effectively managing logistics costs will be key responsibilities. In this part-time or internship role with a contract length of 6 months, you are expected to dedicate 20 hours per week.
