Your role will involve conducting stakeholder workshops and user journey mappings to gain insights into expectations and translate them into actionable plans. The ideal candidate should possess experience in designing and implementing scalable, end-to-end process solutions and have expertise in program and project management for large, complex initiatives. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 7 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or project management. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma is essential, along with hands-on experience in process mapping tools like Visio. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar software is required. A strong understanding of systems thinking, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement frameworks is also expected.
