Cost Manager- QS(Hospitality)

As a Quantity Surveyor in the Hospitality & Interior Fitout sector, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs), estimate quantities from drawings, and continuously monitor progress against estimates. - Conduct site visits to verify quantity takeoffs and prepare comprehensive rate analysis reports. - Develop cost plans, closely track costs throughout the construction process, and analyze variances between estimated and actual costs. - Collaborate effectively with project teams to identify and capitalize on potential cost savings opportunities. - Provide expert advice on Quantity Surveying matters to clients.
