Job Summary: The Quantity Surveyor and Billing Engineer is responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects, bills of quantities, managing, verifying project bills, ensuring accurate and timely processing of project-related financial transactions. This includes cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration and financial management to ensure the project is completed within the projected budget. The role involves close coordination with project teams to ensure effective cost management and financial reporting. Tender Management: Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. Contract Administration: Manage and review contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
