Effectively Deep review Cost Estimates for Oil Gas, Pipelines, PSUs and Renewables on Total Installed Costs (TIC) estimates for Feasibility studies, FEED and Construction Cost Estimates. Independently utilize cost methodologies and tools to produce cost estimates for the individual parts of the scope and overall project inclusive of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up scope and costs. Familiarity with AACEI Estimate Classification system for Class 1,2,3,4 5 of Estimates and an ability to independently develop all types of Cost Estimates (AACEI Class 1 to 5). Ability to guide and develop new systems, processes and tools. Guide, train and assess junior estimators within the team to develop partial scopes in parallel of developing estimates. Sound knowledge for field installation workhours for estimates related to Pipeline, Mechanical, Piping, Civil, Structural, Electrical and Instrumentation works.
