As a Quality Control Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the Castings manufactured meet all applicable customer, internal, and international standard requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting quality inspections to identify defects or deviations from quality standards - Implementing quality control procedures and ensuring compliance with established standards - Performing audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures - Collaborating with the production team to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions - Developing and maintaining quality documentation, including inspection reports and quality control records - Assuring quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements - Verifying contractor quality requirements specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals - Monitoring product and process performance to identify areas for improvement - Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to quality - Training and educating employees on quality control procedures and standards - Utilizing effective negotiation skills to drive alignment and resolve conflict Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Minimum 6 years of proven experience in quality control or a similar role - Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, engineering drawings, casting technology, materials, metrology instrument and technique, machining process - Basic knowledge of welding, surface finishing, NDT Skills essential for this position: - Attention to detail to identify defects - Analytical thinking - Problem-solving - Communication skills - Interpersonal skills - Ability to conduct quality inspections - Auditing skills - Documentation skills - Customer complaint resolution - Training and educational skills - Knowledge of quality management systems In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the role offers benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, yearly bonus, and follows a day shift schedule.
