Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed skin and hair consultations to assess concerns and create personalized treatment plans.
• Recommend and sell comprehensive aesthetic treatment packages tailored to client needs.
• Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic procedures, including:
• Botox: Wrinkle reduction, facial contouring, and treatment for excessive sweating.
• Dermal Fillers: Volume restoration, contour refinement, and skin rejuvenation.
• Thread Lifts: PDO/PLLA lifts for non-surgical facial lifting and collagen stimulation.
• Exosome Therapy: Regenerative treatments for skin rejuvenation, hair restoration, and tissue repair.
• QR678 Therapy: Non-surgical hair regrowth solutions for male/female pattern baldness and post-procedure recovery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest technologies and industry best practices.
• Ensure sterile and safe clinical environments, adhering to legal, ethical, and health standards.
• Provide comprehensive pre- and post-treatment counseling to enhance results and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Medical Degree: MD / MBBS / BAMS / BHMS with specialization in Dermatology, Cosmetology, or Aesthetic Medicine.
• License: Active registration to practice.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in aesthetic procedures with proven package sales success.
• Proficiency in injectables, thread lifts, exosome therapy, and QR678 hair restoration.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and complication management.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills.
• Team player with a sales-oriented mindset.
