Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Provide a wide range of cosmetology services including:
Hair treatments (cuts, styling, coloring, smoothening, keratin, etc.)
Skin care services (facials, clean-ups, peels, etc.)
Beauty treatments (waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, etc.)
Basic makeup and consultation for special occasions.
Assess clients’ beauty needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends, techniques, and products in hair and skin care.
Ensure all services are delivered with a focus on quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering personalized experiences.
Educate clients on aftercare routines and product usage for better results.
Handle client queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness, sterilization of tools, and proper upkeep of the salon work area.
Achieve monthly service and retail sales targets as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
