The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth for cosmetic products and machines in the assigned territory. Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives / Business Development Officers. Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies and ensure execution of business plans. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including dermatologists, cosmetic clinics, and salon chains. Conduct field visits, product demos, and business development meetings regularly. Monitor team performance and coach underperformers for improved productivity. Identify new market opportunities and expand client base within the area. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute regional promotions, events, and product launches. Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports. Ensure timely reporting of sales data, forecasts, and team performance Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Previous experience in technical sales Previous industry experience
