Core Roles and Responsibilities
Sales and Promotion:
Actively promote and sell cosmetic products to new and existing customers.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase benefits and guide customers.
Offer samples and provide personalized recommendations based on individual needs and preferences.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
Provide ongoing support through follow-up calls and emails.
Product Expertise and Education:
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of cosmetic and skincare products.
Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and complementary product pairings.
Provide advice on skincare routines and identify skin types to suggest appropriate products.
Inventory and Merchandising:
Monitor stock levels and ensure proper replenishment of products.
Maintain attractive product displays on shelves and in stores.
Track sales and customer interactions to manage inventory and sales records.
Market Awareness and Collaboration:
Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, new product launches, and industry advancements.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to internal teams. Coordinate with marketing and other departments to develop promotional strategies and execute events.
