Position: E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive Location: Bengaluru Experience Required: 3–5 years in e-commerce account management & digital marketing. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to oversee our e-commerce operations and digital presence. The candidate will play a key role in managing online stores, creating product listings, and ensuring smooth account management across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should also be familiar with digital marketing tools and strategies to support brand growth. Key Responsibilities E-commerce Management Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myn Nykaa, and other platforms. Manage daily operations of e-commerce accounts including orders, returns, and promotions. Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, pricing updates, and product launches. Execute and monitor store launches on new marketplaces. Analytics & Research Utilize tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa , etc., to track product performance, conduct keyword research, and analyze competitors. Generate sales and performance reports to improve listings and campaign outcomes. Digital Marketing (Preferred) Create and schedule digital marketing posts for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Support ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads) to drive visibility and conversions. Assist in content planning, creative briefing, and execution of online promotions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience (2–5 years) in e-commerce account management and store operations. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub , or similar platforms. Knowledge of research/optimization tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and take action. Creative mindset for social media and digital marketing will be considered an added advantage.
