As a Sr. Partner Sales Operations Executive at Ascendion, you will play a crucial role in driving operational rigor, leveraging partner incentives, and enabling co-sell programs to amplify customer value, accelerate pipeline growth, and fuel revenue impact. You will lead and execute Partner Co-Sell Operations across a strategic ecosystem of cloud and data partners, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks. Your responsibilities will involve developing and maintaining partner GTM collateral, Co-Sell materials, and solution playbooks, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, tracking pipeline performance, and reporting on program ROI to stakeholders. Additionally, you will support leadership in shaping strategic GTM initiatives, pipeline acceleration, and ecosystem growth opportunities. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 8 years of experience in partner alliances, sales operations, or program management within the technology industry. You should have a proven track record of driving partner Co-Sell motions with major partners, effective communication skills with sales teams, foundational understanding of cloud and data platforms, strong organizational skills, and experience leveraging partner incentives and marketing programs to accelerate pipeline growth. Moreover, you should be adept at managing high volumes of operational tasks, collaborating with stakeholders across various functions, and have advanced proficiency in Microsoft O365, Salesforce.com, and partner websites to streamline operations and inform decision-making at the executive level.,
